MOVEMENTS:
- From Bologna Marconi Airport it is possible to take the train to Ferrara and continue with bus no. 11 to the Buozzi stop (3 minutes walk from the apartment).
- From Ferrara station the apartment is 20 minutes away by taking direct bus no. 11.
- If you come by car: convenient for those coming by car as there is a garage for the exclusive use of guests.
USEFUL INFORMATION:
Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Ferrara Climatic Zone E: 13 hours a day from October 22th to April 7th
To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Ferrara.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

We are available by phone at the following times:
10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Saturday

The apartment has a self check-in system, so you can access the apartment independently with the personal code that we will provide you a few days before arrival.
NB: You must complete the document registration and online check-in process in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.
