It comfortably accommodates 6 people, there are no steps inside the apartment.

OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE. Split A / C in the entrance area, wifi limited to 300 gb, iron and clothesline.

MOVEMENTS:
- From Ferrara railway station, it is possible to take bus n. 1/6/9/331 to "Giovecca Parco Pareschi" stop, a 10-minute walk from the property;
- From Bologna Marconi airport, it is possible to reach the property in 40 minutes by car / taxi;
- For those travelling by car, the apartment is located outside the limited traffic area (ZTL); covered parking space included. In addition, just 4 minutes away on foot it is possible to find Garage Rampari San Rocco, open 24 hours, with paid parking.

USEFUL INFORMATION:
Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Saturday
3 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Sundays

KEY COLLECTION:
Key collection is at our CLEANBNB Ferrara office at 52 Frescobaldi Street from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.
After 7 pm in SELF CHECK IN mode (with keybox).
Possibility to check in at the office from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. at a cost of 30 euros.
