Ferrara ZTL Volte Apartment

Apartment located on the first floor of a building without a lift.
In 45 square meters of space, it hosts 3 people. Double bedroom and single sofa bed. Complete with all services.

We are located within the ZTL (limited traffic area).
Parking is available for free in Viale Baluardi and ex Mof, while the Baluardi Parking is available for a fee.

The internal space is divided as follows:

LIVING AREA with living room with single sofa bed and kitchen equipped with moka, dishwasher, microwave oven and various kitchen utensils.

SLEEPING AREA with double bed, split AC.
BATHROOM (accessible from the sleeping area): with shower cubicle, toilet, bidet, sink and hairdryer, hammam and Turkish bath.

OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: unlimited wifi, TV, iron, clothesline and coat hanger.

PLEASE NOTE: Garbage collection and disposal is MANDATORY and the responsibility of guests.
Any deficiencies, will be charged at check out.

MOVEMENTS:
From Bologna Marconi airport:
Take the shuttle to Bologna Centrale and continue by train to Ferrara.
From Ferrara railway station take bus n. 2 and get off at "Piangipane Kennedy" stop, then go on five minutes on foot.
Journey time, about 1 hour and 25 minutes.

From Ferrara railway station:
take bus n. 2 and get off at "Piangipane Kennedy" stop, then go on five minutes on foot.
Journey time, about 20 minutes.

The apartment is located within the ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone) so the license plate will be required to access with the access pass which will be sent on the day of check-in.

USEFUL INFORMATION:
Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Ferrara Climatic Zone E: 13 hours a day from October 22th to April 7th

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Ferrara, equal to 0.30 cent.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

We are available by phone at the following times:
10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Saturday
3 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Sundays

KEY COLLECTION:
The apartment has a self check-in system, so you can access the apartment independently with the personal code that we will provide you a few days before arrival.

NB: You must complete the document registration and online check-in process in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.

Once these operations have been carried out, instructions will be sent to access the apartment.
