Cozy and quiet 57 sqm apartment, which can accommodate up to 4 people, located on the ground floor (1 step to access to it) of a renovated period building. The property is located in the heart of the historic center of Ferrara (ZTL - Traffic Limited Area, free parking nearby), a few minutes on foot from the main attractions of the center, including the Cathedral and the Estense Castle.
The accommodation consists of a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom.

The apartment is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed and TV;
- KITCHEN with gas hob (4 burners), fridge with freezer, moka, dishwasher, kettle, oven, wine glasses, various kitchenware and dining table (for two people);
- BEDROOM with double bed and wardrobe;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and toilet.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: independent heating, fan, washing machine (in the bathroom), iron and ironing board, drying rack, clothes stand, hairdryer, insect screens and soundproof windows, free unlimited wifi.

The entire flat is for the exclusive use of guests during the stay.

Upon arrival, the tourist tax of € 1.50 per night per person will be collected in cash for the first five days of stay.
All identity documents of the guests must be exhibited on arrival as provided by Italian law.

Late check in:
- From 21:30 -23:00 - Euro 25,00
- From 23:00 - 24:00 - Euro 30.00
- From 24:00 - 01:30 - Euro 40,00.

The apartment is located in the heart of the historic center of Ferrara, within walking distance of all the main services, including bars, restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies.
Ferrara is a city on a human scale and it can be easily visited on foot or, for those who may prefer it, by bike: it is no coincidence that it is known as the Italian city of bicycles.
Once you reach the center thanks to the bus which stops just a few steps from the apartment, you will have the opportunity to visit the main attractions of the city.

Among the main points of interest, it is worth mentioning:
- Estense Castle: 6 minutes on foot;
- Ferrara Cathedral: 8 minutes on foot;
- Palazzo dei Diamanti: 12 minutes on foot;
- Palazzo Schifanoia: 20 minutes on foot.

- Vagabondo Caffè (bar): 1 minute on foot;
- Osteria La Compagnia (typical cuisine restaurant): 2 minutes on foot;
- Despar (supermarket): 7 minutes on foot.

- From Ferrara Railway Station, it is possible to take several buses (including bus n. 1/6/9/11/331) to "Cavour P. Beretta" stop, a 4-minute walk from the property. Alternatively, it is possible to reach the apartment on foot from the station in less than 15 minutes.

- From Bologna Marconi airport, it is possible to reach the property in about 40 minutes by car/taxi;

- If you are traveling by car, please note that the property is located within the Traffic-Restricted Area (ZTL in Italian). It is possible to park for free in Corso Isonzo or at EX MOF free parking (NOT guaranteed and NOT bookable).
