Cozy and bright 70 sqm apartment, structured on two levels and located on the ground floor of a renovated period building. Perfect for 4 people, the accommodation enjoys an ideal location to easily reach any monument in the historic city center on foot.

It is possible to move around the city on foot. The bus stop and public transport are within walking distance of the apartment.

The internal space is organized as follows:
- BEDROOM I with two single beds (which can be joined and used as a double) on the mezzanine;
- BEDROOM II with a single bed and a queen size sofa bed;
- KITCHEN with moka, washing machine, traditional oven and microwave, toaster and kitchenware;
- LIVING ROOM with sofa and dining table;
- BATHROOM with shower, bidet and hairdryer.

Other services available to guests: split air conditioning (present in the two bedrooms), free wifi, television, iron and clothesline.

Please, pay attention to children since there are internal stairs.

PETS:
Pets allowed on request upon payment of 40 euros per stay for thorough cleaning.

MOVEMENTS:
- From Bologna Marconi airport, it is possible to reach the property in 40 minutes by car/taxi; or by taking the shuttle to Bologna Central Station to continue by train to Ferrara Station.
Then continue by taking bus no. 1 / 6 / 9 to the "Giovecca Montebello" stop, 4 minutes walk from the property; Travel time: approximately 1 hour.

- From Ferrara station, you can take bus no. 1 / 6 / 9 to the "Giovecca Montebello" stop, 4 minutes walk from the property; Travel time: approximately 15 minutes.

- For those traveling by car, it is possible to park (for a fee) at the San Guglielmo garage, open 24 hours, a 5-minute walk from the apartment. Alternatively, it is possible to park for free on the street (NOT guaranteed and NOT bookable).

USEFUL INFORMATION:
Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Ferrara.

KEY COLLECTION:
The apartment has a self check-in system, so you can access the apartment independently with the personal code that we will provide you a few days before arrival.

NB: You must complete the document registration and online check-in process in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.

Once these operations have been carried out, instructions will be sent to access the apartment.
