Modern and bright 85 sqm apartment with closed terrace and balcony, which can accommodate 6 people, located on the 4th floor of a modern building with lift (NOT suitable for the disabled). The property enjoys a privileged position, in a quiet and residential district near the University, but at the same time just a few minutes from the historic center (20 minutes on foot / 10 minutes by bike).
The apartment consists of a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom, terrace

The inside is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with dining table, TV, double sofa bed, access to the balcony;
- KITCHEN with dining table, gas hob with 4 burners, refrigerator, moka, electric oven, kettle, microwave, wine glasses and kitchenware; access to the covered terrace;
- BATHROOM with shower box (slightly raised), sink, bidet and WC;
- BEDROOM I with double bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers and wardrobe;
- BEDROOM II with two single beds, wardrobe and small table;
- BALCONY with outdoor table and chairs.
- COVERED TERRACE with chair.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning (split in the living room and in the two bedrooms), central heating, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer, washing machine (in the bathroom), insect screens and soundproof windows.
Free bike storage in the common area outside the building.

PLEASE NOTE: there is a step to access the building and an another step to access the lift.

PETS:
Pets allowed on request upon payment of 40 euros per stay for thorough cleaning.

PLEASE NOTE: Garbage collection and disposal is MANDATORY and the responsibility of guests.
Any deficiencies, will be charged at check out.

MOVEMENTS:
- From Ferrara railway station, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking bus n. 4 to “Foro Boario Supermarket” stop, a 3-minute walk from the property. Alternatively, it is possible to reach the apartment on foot from the station in about 20 minutes.

- From Bologna Marconi airport, it is possible to reach the property in about 30/40 minutes by car/taxi (47 km).

- For those traveling by car, free street parking is available near the property.

USEFUL INFORMATION:
Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Ferrara Climatic Zone E: 13 hours a day from October 22th to April 7th

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Ferrara.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

NB: You must complete the document registration and online check-in process in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.

We are available by phone at the following times:
10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Saturday
3 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Sundays

KEY COLLECTION:
Key collection is at our CLEANBNB Ferrara office at via Montebello 46 B from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.
After 7 pm in SELF CHECK IN mode (with keybox).
Possibility to check in at the office from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. at a cost of 30 euros.
