Comfortable apartment located on the first floor, of two in total, of a building without lift. It is possible to leave ONE bicycle only in the storage room shared with the condominiums.
In 45 m2 of space it comfortably accommodates 5 people.

Parking available free of charge along viale Baluardi and ex Mof while the Baluardi car park is available for a fee. We are outside the ZTL (limited traffic zone).
Via Mayr is famous for being a street full of clubs and restaurants.

The internal space is divided as follows:

LIVING AREA. Living area with French sofa bed (1.40x2.00 m), dining table and kitchen equipped with four gas burners, fridge and freezer, moka, traditional oven and microwave oven, washing machine, electric kettle, wine glasses, various utensils and TV.
BEDROOM. Double bed (1.60x1.90 m), single bed (80x1.90 m), two bedside tables with lamps, wardrobe and sofa.
BATH. Shower cubicle, bidet, toilet, sink and hairdryer.

OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE. Portable fan, LIMITED wifi (250GB), iron and ironing board, clothesline.

Autonomous heating.

PLEASE NOTE: Garbage collection and disposal is MANDATORY and the responsibility of guests.
Any deficiencies, will be charged at check out.

ATTENTION: The apartment is located on a busy street.

The entire flat is for the exclusive use of guests during the stay.

USEFUL INFORMATION:
Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Ferrara Climatic Zone E: 13 hours a day from October 22th to April 7th

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Ferrara, equal to 0.30 cent.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

We are available by phone at the following times:
10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Saturday
3 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Sundays

KEY COLLECTION:
The apartment has a self check-in system, so you can access the apartment independently with the personal code that we will provide you a few days before arrival.

NB: You must complete the document registration and online check-in process in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.

Once these operations have been carried out, instructions will be sent to access the apartment.

- From Ferrara station, you can take bus no. 1 / 6 / 9 to the "Giovecca Montebello" stop, 10 minutes walk from the property;
- From Bologna Marconi airport, it is possible to reach the property in 40 minutes by car/taxi;
- For those traveling by car, the apartment is located outside the limited traffic zone (ZTL) and the most convenient free parking is located in via Carlo Mayr and via XX Settembre, a few minutes' walk away.
