The apartment is located within the City Center Restricted Traffic Area, possibility of parking. Paid parking garages are available within a 10-minute walk

-BEDROOM: double bed (1.60 X 1.90), split A/C, wardrobe, chest of drawers and en suite bathroom.
-LIVING ROOM: sofa bed (1.40 X 190), split A/C, dining table and TV
-KITCHEN: 4-burner hob, fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and moka
-BATHROOM 1: within the bedroom equipped with shower, bathtub, sink, bidet and toilet. Please note that there is a step to access
-BATHROOM 2: shower, sink and toilet

OTHER SERVICES: unlimited wifi, air conditioning, independent heating, washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothesline and hairdryer

The Pigna District includes, among others, the Pantheon, Largo di Torre Argentina and Piazza Venezia.
The name derives from a gigantic stone pinecone, dating back to the Roman era, found over a thousand years ago in the area during some excavation works.
The area, in fact, is a significant and central point of passage for every type of movement within the city of Rome. There are important streets and squares such as Largo di Torre Argentina, a part of Via del Corso, Via del Collegio Romano, Via del Gesù and the curious Via del Piè di Marmo, which can be easily recognized by the remains of a colossal Roman statue, a foot, in fact, placed at the corner of the road.
In this district there are a lot of prestigious buildings such as Palazzo Altieri, the Palazzo del Collegio Romano, which houses the Ministry for Cultural Heritage and Activities, Palazzo San Macuto and Palazzo Venezia as well as the Churches of Gesù, San Marco and Santa Maria in Via, Santa Chiara and San Giovanni della Pigna.
And dont forget to visit Piazza della Rotonda and the Pantheon, one of the favorite destinations for all tourists, like the Colosseum, San Pietro, Fontana di Trevi and Piazza di Spagna.

We advise you not to arrive by car as being in the ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone), only those who have permission to enter can enter the ZTL, and also the apartment is in a pedestrian area.
The nearest bus stops are in Largo Argentina (5 min.) Or in Via Del Corso (10 min.)

HOW TO GET
FIUMICINO AIRPORT:
- train + bus: take the Leonardo Express train from the airport to the Termini station (30 minutes) then take the number 40 bus to the Largo di Torre Argentina stop (10 minutes) and then walk to the Via Del Seminario (5 minutes) . The ticket for the train costs 15 euros, the bus 1.50 euros.
- bus + bus: take the bus from the airport to Termini Station (40 minutes) and then the bus 40 to the Largo di Torre Argentina stop (10 minutes) then go on foot to the Via Del Seminario (5 minutes); The bus ticket for the airport costs 6 euros, for bus 40 it costs 1.50 euros.
- taxi: take the taxi from the airport directly to Via Del Seminario. The fixed cost for the taxi is 48 euros.
CIAMPINO AIRPORT:
- bus + bus: take the bus from the airport to Termini Station (40 minutes) and then the bus 40 to the Largo di Torre Argentina stop (10 minutes) and then walk to Del Seminario (5 minutes); The bus ticket for the airport costs 6 euros, for bus 40 it costs 1.50 euros.
- taxi: take the taxi from the airport directly to Via Del Seminario. The fixed cost for the taxi is 30 euros.
TERMINI STATION:
- bus: exit at Piazza dei Cinquecento and take the number 40 bus to the Largo di Torre Argentina stop (10 minutes) and then walk to Del Seminario (5 minutes);
- by taxi: exit at Piazza dei Cinquecento and take a taxi to Via Del Seminario (10 minutes). The cost is between 8 and 10 euros.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26 ° C (with a -2 ° C tolerance) for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20 ° C (with + 2 ° of tolerance).
