Dimora Palmisano - White Trullo

Cozy studio located in a characteristic trullo, ideal for a couple's stay as it accommodates two people with great comfort. The late 19th century furnishings and ancient floors give to the flat a refined elegance. The building has been renovated, but retains its originality, so it offers the almost unique experience of a stay in a country house, but a stone's throw from the center, which can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. Parking inside the garden included!

The 20 sqm accommodation is located on the mezzanine floor of a period building: to access the apartment you need to climb a step at level.

The internal space consists of:
- Small kitchenette equipped with gas stove, moka coffee maker, electric kettle with tea making set and mini fridge (an internal staircase of 10 steps to access must be noted)
- Room equipped with double bed, open wardrobe, chest of drawers, table and chairs x2, split A/C and TV
- Bathroom equipped with wc and shower
The solution is completed by the external patio reserved for the apartment, equipped with table, chairs and umbrella.

Further facilities available to guests: car parking inside the garden, Pocket Wi-Fi 100 gb, central heating via split but with the possibility of deactivating it, drying rack, iron and ironing board.

Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).

N.B. The access gate and the garden surrounding the whole house are shared with the other two apartments in the building. The car park is inside the garden, among the trees in front of the access to the stone Trullo.

Our keyholder will get in touch with you to arrange the check-in time, give you the keys and show you the apartment. We are available to guests for any requests and information, to make your stay even more interesting and organized. For any unexpected event or clarification we will be reachable by phone or by e-mail.

All identity documents of the guests must be presented on arrival as required by Italian law.

Please note that check-in after the specified time must be agreed directly with the structure and provide a supplement as follows:
- 21.30 - 23.00: € 25.00;
- 23.00 - 24.00: € 30.00;
- 24.00 - 01.30: € 40.00.

Among the most beautiful villages in Italy, Locorotondo owes its name to the characteristic circular shape of the historic center, consisting of pretty white little houses, with the typical "cummerse" roof, alternating with elegant historic buildings. The flat is located just a five-minute walk from Piazza Vittorio Emanuele and the large nineteenth-century pillars of the ancient Porta Napoli, where you can begin the path that will lead you to discover the wonders of the city: among the many, the seventeenth-century Palazzo Comunale, the sumptuous baroque Morelli Palace, the countless churches. Do not miss a visit to the Clock Tower, from whose panoramic terrace you will enjoy a breathtaking view over the whole Itria Valley: a suggestive expanse of Trulli scattered around the districts, ancient farms surrounded by olive groves and Mediterranean woodland spots that will enchant you. Do not miss a visit to nearby Alberobello, famous all over the world for its Trulli, and Martina Franca, enchanting with its maze of narrow streets lined with white houses.

Locorotondo is also a stop on the "Strada del Vino Doc", a route that touches various historical centers of the region, as it is the home of an excellent white wine that you can taste in one of the many restaurants in the city, available in the immediate vicinity of the flat along with bars, supermarkets and pharmacies.

And, to conclude, don't forget to try all the typical dishes!

The apartment is accessible by car and has internal parking in the garden for large cars, including SUVs. Free parking on the street and in the immediate vicinity of the house.
