The space
The apartment is located on the third floor of the Derby Residence with a lift (the entrance is from the -1 floor, please note the presence of stairs). The internal space is organized as follows:

- KITCHENETTE with induction hob, fridge with freezer, oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, moka pot and kitchen utensils.
- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, TV and dining table.
- BEDROOM 1 with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
- BEDROOM 2 with a single bed and a bridge wardrobe.
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and WC.
- BALCONY furnished with table and chairs to relax in the open air.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, central heating, washing machine, hairdryer, clothes horse, iron and ironing board, a camping cot.

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
