The space
The accommodation of approximately 85 m2 is located on the fourth floor of a modern residence equipped with a lift and is composed as follows:

KITCHEN: equipped with fridge, freezer, gas hob, traditional oven and microwave, electric kettle, DeLonghi coffee machine, toaster, and kitchen utensils.
LIVING AREA: with relaxation corner, double sofa bed and TV.
BEDROOM 1: with double bed and wardrobe.
BEDROOM 2: with two single beds and a wardrobe.
BATHROOM I: equipped with toilet, bidet and shower cubicle.
BATHROOM II: with hydromassage bathtub, toilet, sink and bidet.
TWO BALCONIES

Additional services available to guests: unlimited free WiFi, air conditioning (a powerful split that cools the living area and bedrooms), washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board, independent heating with boiler, hairdryer

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (Presidential Decree 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter: weighted average air temperatures must not exceed 19°C. The switching on period and the daily switching duration depend on the climate zone defined by the legislation.
