Cozy and comfortable 40sqm apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people located on the 2nd floor of a typical Milanese ringhiera house, accessible via an external balcony. The accommodation is located in the city center, near Porta Ticinese and the Navigli, the nightlife area, as well as many bars and restaurants. The Duomo and the other main attractions are easily reachable both by public transport and on foot. Porta Genova is about 1km away crossing the Darsena, Naviglio Grande and Pavese
The apartment (quiet and overlooking the internal courtyard) is organized as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, Smart TV.
- KITCHEN CORNER with induction hob, fridge, freezer, microwave
-BEDROOM (without door dividing it from the living room) with double bed, Smart TV and AC with air conditioner under the window.
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and toilet.

There is no soundproofing and there is no door to separate the sleeping area.

FURTHER SERVICES: unlimited wifi, independent heating, clothesline, iron and ironing board, hairdryer.

ATTENTION: The accommodation is located near the tram depot, possibility of noise even during the night.

It is possible to park for a fee at the Ticinese Parking S.r.l. car park, in Via Col di Lana, 4/A, a 4-minute walk from the property, open 24 hours
