-BEDROOM upstairs very spacious and bright with a queen bed, wardrobe with four doors, chest of drawers, external blackout curtains and air conditioning;
-BATHROOM upstairs with large shower, sink, bidet and toilet;
-BATHROOM / LAUNDRY on the living room level with a sink, washing machine and toilet
