Description of the area
The apartment is located within the Corvetto district in the south-east of Milan, near the Rogoredo district. It is a residential and commercial area, characterized by a significant presence of residential buildings, including some modern apartment and condominium complexes.
The neighborhood is well connected to the city center thanks to the presence of the M3 metro line (yellow line), with the Corvetto station which is 1km away on foot from the apartment and allows you to quickly reach the main attractions of the city.
From a commercial point of view, the neighborhood hosts a variety of shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants that satisfy every daily need. Furthermore, there are also essential services such as schools, pharmacies and health care centers.
Corvetto is also known for its green area, the Fabio Vergani Park, an outdoor space to relax, play sports or go for a walk.
