Two-room apartment located on the second floor of a building, without lift, located in the heart of the historic center of Parma. The property enjoys a central location (ZTL), in a picturesque, popular and lively district, near the Don Gnocchi Foundation.
The apartment is able to comfortably accommodate 3 people with a double bedroom and a single sofa bed, in 53 m2, overlooking the internal garden while remaining very quiet and bright.
The space
LIVING AREA: single sofa bed, 40" TV, kitchen equipped with moka coffee maker, microwave oven and various utensils.
DOUBLE BEDROOM (possibility of dividing into two single beds): complete with wardrobe, lamp and bedside tables.
BATHROOM: complete with shower cubicle, bidet, sink and hairdryer.
OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: fan, unlimited fiber optic wifi, iron and ironing board, clothesline.
Independent heating with gas boiler.
- From Parma Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment by bus n. 6 to the train station, where it is possible to take bus n. 13 to “Barriera Saffi Piazzale Allende” stop, a 5-minute walk from the property.
- From Parma station, it is possible to reach the apartment by bus n. 13 to “Barriera Saffi Piazzale Allende” stop, a 5-minute walk from the property. Alternatively, it is possible to reach the apartment on foot in less than 20 minutes.
- If you are traveling by car, the apartment is located within the ZTL (Traffic-Restricted Area). It is possible to park for a fee (first hour free, second hour € 1.60) at "Central Parking Repubblica" car park, open 24 hours and an 8-minute walk from the property.
To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Parma Climatic Zone E: 13 hours a day from October 22th to April 7th
Check in can be done from 15.00. onwards, either in person or in self-check in mode.
The planned mode, at the discretion of the operations team, will be communicated prior to your arrival.
If late check in, after 21.00., is done in person you will need to adhere to the following fee schedule:
- From 21:00 - 23:00- Euro 25.00
- From 23:00 - 24:00 - Euro 30.00
- From 24:00 - until 01:30 - Euro 40.00
