Functional 30m2 studio apartment, is able to accommodate up to 4 people, located on the first floor of a building without a lift in the heart of Sanremo. The property is equipped with every comfort: WiFi, air conditioning, TV, kitchenette. The location is exceptional! We are in via Corradi, one of the most beautiful streets in the City of Flowers, with its small shops, cafes and restaurants.
The space
The internal space is organized as follows:

- KITCHENETTE with induction hob, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, kitchen utensils and wine glasses and dining area
- SLEEPING AREA equipped with a double bed and a sofa bed;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, WC with shower;

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, TV, independent heating, air conditioning (one split), hairdryer, iron and ironing board.

PLEASE NOTE: the building does not have a lift and the apartment is located on the first floor. It is possible to leave a stroller in the entrance hall.
Via Corradi is exclusively pedestrian.

The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.
Other things to note
To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Sanremo, equal to EUR 1.50 per night per person will be withdrawn in cash, for the first 15 nights. Children under the age of 12 are exempt.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Imperia Climatic Zone C: 9 hours a day from November 22th to March 23th.
