-BATHROOM 3: shower, bidet, toilet.

-TERRACE: large balcony with plants and view of the suggestive Venetian courtyard. Equipped with outdoor table and chairs.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES: armored door, independent heating, unlimited wifi, hairdryer, video intercom-opening with code, ironing board and iron, separate collection, private entrance on the ground floor where you can store bikes / strollers / suitcases.
The apartment is for the exclusive use of guests.
A few steps from the lively Campo di Santa Maria Formosa, the apartment is strategically located for visiting the historic center of Venice. The neighborhood is alive, full of shops, typical restaurants, cafes and all the main services such as ATMs, pharmacies, public transport stops. From the nearby Piazza San Marco you can board one of the boats to reach Giudecca / Lido; while from the convenient Rialto stop (on the Grand Canal) you will easily reach S. Lucia Station.
In the city / with the boats:
- from San Marco / San Zaccaria: Line 1: to Lido // Line 2 or Line B to: Giudecca
- from Hospital: Line 4 or Line B: to Murano
- from Ponte di Rialto: Line 1 or Line 2 to Santa Lucia station

To the Marco Polo Airport:
- From Santa Lucia station: every 10 min, bus n ° 5 (about 40 minutes).
- Alilaguna (shuttle) from the Rialto stop

Paid parking in the Piazzale Roma and Tronchetto area.

Guests must show ID documents upon arrival. The tourist tax is not included in the price, you have to pay it in cash upon arrival. It's €4 per person per day for the first 5 days. Children 0-9 years are exempt, children 10-16 years have a reduction on the tax of 50%.

Please kindly note we always need to know in advance your arrival time. Check-in after 8 p.m. are available with the following extra costs:
from 8pm till 10 pm >> 40€
from 10pm till midnight>> 60€

All identity documents (IDs) of guests must be shown on arrival as required by Italian law. The tourist tax is not included in the price, it is to be paid locally in cash 4 € per person per day for the first 5 days. Children 0-9 years are exempt, boys 10-16 years have a 50% tax reduction.
