Located on the ground floor (please note the presence of some steps at the entrance to the building), the apartment is a 15-minute walk from the Ottaviano underground and, from here, you can reach all the main points of interest in the city.
If you're travelling by car, you can park, for a fee, on the street or at Sforza Gino garage (4 minutes away on foot).

The property is composed as follows:

- SLEEPING AREA with double bed (1.60m X 1.90m), Smart TV, wardrobe, split A / C;
-American KITCHEN with induction hob (2 burners), dining table with chairs, mini-bar fridge and freezer, moka, microwave oven, electric kettle, various kitchen utensils, wine glasses;
-BATHROOM with shower, bidet and toilet.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited WIFI, condominium heating, air conditioning (sleeping area), hot water, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer, soundproofing windows.

PLEASE NOTE: For the management of hot water there is a 50 liter boiler, possible waiting for the refill of the water.

The apartment is located within Piazzale Clodio, a quiet area about 15 minutes walk away from MM Cipro metro station, by which you can reach Piazza del Popolo, Piazza di Spagna and Roma Termini Train Station, the main Roman public transportation hub. The apartment is the best solution to visit the city while staying in a quiet area, away from the city center chaos.

The apartment has a self check-in system, so you will be able to access it on by yourself with the personal link that we will provide a few days before your arrival.

Please note: completing the ID registration and online check-in porcess is MANDATORY in order to receive the instructions and access the apartment.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Roma (€6.00 per person per night of stay).
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26 ° C (with a -2 ° C tolerance) for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20 ° C (with + 2 ° of tolerance).
