The space
The accommodation of about 50 square meters is located on the first floor of a modern building with a lift and is composed as follows:

- KITCHEN CORNER with induction hob, fridge, freezer, electric oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and kitchen utensils;
- LIVING AREA with double sofa bed and dining area;
- BEDROOM with double bed and wardrobe (PLEASE NOTE the bedroom does not have a real door but a curtain);
- BATHROOM with toilet, bidet and shower cubicle;
- TERRACE furnished with a swing

Further services available to guests: air conditioning (1 inverter), unlimited WiFi, TV, independent underfloor heating, washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack.

Towels and bed linen included (with optional paid changes).

The entireapartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.
Other things to note
To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C

Check-in will be done in self-check-in mode. We will provide further instructions as you approach your arrival.

The tourist tax of 1.00 euro per night per person will be collected for the first 7 nights, as required by the municipality of Chiavari.
