Comfortable apartment located on the third floor, of six in total, of a building with a lift.
In 95 m2 of space it comfortably accommodates 5 people with a double bedroom (with private bathroom), a bedroom with a single bed and a double sofa bed in the living room.

The apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the historic center. It is located a stone's throw from the stadium and 20 minutes from the station. There are also different parks nearby such as Ferrari and Cittadella.

The internal space is divided as follows:

KITCHEN. Kitchenette complete with four induction burners, traditional oven and microwave oven, coffee and moka machine, toaster, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, wine glasses and various kitchen utensils.
STAY. Double sofa bed, dining table and 39" TV. Split AC.
BATHROOM 1. Shower cubicle, toilet and sink, hairdryer.
BEDROOM 1. Double bed, wardrobe and private bathroom. Access to the balcony.
BATHROOM 2 (inside Bedroom 1). Bathtub, bidet, toilet and sink.
BEDROOM 2. Queen size bed, desk with chair, wardrobe.

OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE. Unlimited Wifi, iron and ironing board.
Closet and laundry corner with washing machine.

Centralized warming.

Check in can be done from 3 p.m. onwards, either in person or in self check-in mode.
The planned mode, at the discretion of the operations team, will be communicated prior to your arrival.
If late check in, after 9:00 p.m., is done in person you will need to adhere to the following fee schedule:
- From 21:00 - 23:00- Euro 25.00
- From 23:00 - 24:00 - Euro 30.00
- From 24:00 - until 01:30 - Euro 40.00

FROM BOLOGNA MARCONI AIRPORT: take the shuttle to Bologna station and then continue by train to Parma station. Take bus no. 9 to the Via Zarotto Via Mascagni stop. Travel time: 1 hour and 40 minutes.

FROM PARMA STATION: take bus no. 9 to the Via Zarotto Via Mascagni stop. Travel time: 15 minutes.
