Very spacious villa (138 sq) on 3 levels that can accommodate up to 7 people! The building is located in Trecastagni, a town among the Etna villages which is a perfect starting point for visiting the majestic Etna Park, unique in all of Europe for the magnificence of its landscapes.The sea is located 12 km away in Acireale, to the north you can visit Taormina and Giardini di Naxos!

The 138 sqm villa is divided over three levels and is NOT equipped with a lift.
To access the villa and the garden it is necessary to take some steps. The garden is equipped with an outdoor table, chairs, umbrella, deck chairs and barbecue. There are two flights of internal stairs.

The inteior space of the villa is organazed as follows:

- BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe, access to the balcony;
- KITCHEN with gas hob, dining table with chairs, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, oven and microwave oven, kitchenware, wine glasses, small sofa, access to the garden;
- LIVING ROOM with sofa, TV, dining table with chairs, access to the garden;
- BATHROOM with shower, bidet and toilet.
- CLOSET
- GARDEN equipped with table, armchairs, deck chairs and barbecue.
A staircase leads to the ground floor.

GROUND FLOOR:
- LIVING AREA with sofa and table with chairs;
- BATHROOM with bathtub, bidet and toilet;
A staircase leads to the first floor.

FIRST FLOOR:
- BEDROOM 1 with double bed, wardrobe, access to the balcony;
- BEDROOM 2 with double bed, wardrobe, access to the balcony;
- BEDROOM 3 with single bed, wardrobe, access to the balcony;
- BATHROOM with shower, bidet and toilet.

Further services available to guests: Unlimited WIFI, washing machine, independent heating, insect screens (ONLY bedrooms), iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer, barbecue in the garden.
Two uncovered parking spaces are available.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Catania Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.

Self check-in will take place in this accomodation. It is MANDATORY to complete the registration in order to receive instructions to collect the keys and access the apartment.
The keys can be collected for free via smartlock on site.
In case of problem, telephone assistance will be guaranteed until 00:30 (half past midnight).

For all late check-ins from 21:00 to 00:00, If you wish to collect the keys from a member of our staff, in the apartment, it is possible, upon request with payment of a supplement equal to:
From 21.00 to 23.00: EUR 25
From 23.00 to 00.00: EUR 30
Late check-ins are not available after midnight.

In case of incorrect waste disposal in compliance with the rules that will be explained to you at check-in, a penalty of € 150 will be charged.

The villa is located in a residential area overlooking Etna volcano.
Trecastagni is located on the slopes of Etna, it is one of the municipalities located at the highest altitude. The territory is hilly and is surrounded by several volcanic cones of different ages and sizes (Monte Ilice, Monte Gorna, Monte San Nicolò, Tre Monti, Monte Serra).
The particular conformation of the surrounding area, characterized by a strong slope towards the underlying municipalities of Viagrande and San Giovanni la Punta, makes the position of Trecastagni particularly panoramic: the view ranges from the southern end of Calabria to the Gulf of Augusta, in Syracuse.
The property is situated in a strategic position, close to the main services: supermarket, pharmacy and bar.
