Seaview Modern Apartment with Balcony

Cozy apartment of 43sqm, able to accommodate up to 2 people, located on the first floor of a renovated building with NO lift (stairs to access). The accommodation overlooks the wonderful Cyclops Riviera. In 8 minutes on foot it is possible to easily reach the seaside area.

The accommodation consists of living area with a small kitchenette, a sleeping area, a bathroom and a balcony.

In the area you can find parking slots on the street for a fee (blue stripes).

The accommodation is located on the first floor of a building WITHOUT a lift. ATTENTION inside the apartment there are steps (about 10). For this reason children are NOT allowed.

The inside is organized as follows:
-BEDROOM with double bed, TV, access to balcony;
-LIVING ROOM with sofa, split A/C, coat stand, wardrobe, access to balcony;
-small KITCHENETTE with portable induction plate, dining table with chairs, small fridge, moka, electric kettle, kitchenware;
-BATHROOM with shower, bidet and toilet;
-BALCONY.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer.

ATTENTION: All rooms are communicating with each other, without doors.
PLEASE NOTE: Heating and air conditioning are provided ONLY via split A/C (kitchenette).

The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.

We are very flexible and are happy to organize early check-ins/late check-outs when there are no other guests entering or leaving the apartment on that same day. All requests will be confirmed a couple of days before your arrival.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Catania Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.

For all late check-ins from 21:00 to 00:00, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:
From 21.00 to 23.00: EUR 25
From 23.00 to 00.00: EUR 30
Late check-ins are not available after midnight.

In case of incorrect waste disposal in compliance with the rules that will be explained to you at check-in, a penalty of € 150 will be charged.

The apartment is located in Aci Trezza, an enchanting hamlet in the municipality of Aci Castello. The municipality of Aci Castello is located on the eastern coast of Sicily, a few kilometers from Catania. The Castle, from which the municipality takes its name, stands on a promontory of lava rock overlooking the sea.
From the balcony of the apartment it is possible to admire the famous Riviera dei Ciclopi, a very interesting example where history and legend, art and nature are combined, showing visitors a thousand aspects to grasp and observe with disenchanted eyes.
All the main services (bars, restaurants and supermarket) are located near the accommodation.

- From Catania Fontanarossa Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment by ALIBUS shuttle service to Catania Central Station, where it is possible to take line 534 to "Terminal Aci Trezza" as your final destination, 4 minutes away on foot from the property. Travel time: approximately 2 hours.

- From Catania station, it is possible to reach the apartment by 534 line, with final destination "Terminal Aci Trezza" stop, 4 minutes on foot from the property. Travel time: approximately 1 hour.

- In order to better visit the area and fully enjoy the places and points of interest of the city and of Sicily, we recommend you to travel by car. It is possible to rent one upon your arrival at the airport.
