Roomy and bright 115 sqm apartment with two balconies, for 6 people, located on the sixth floor of a period building with lift (NOT suitable for the disabled). The accommodation boasts a view of Mount Etna to the north and the sea and part of the city to the south and is located in a strategic position, in a quiet neighborhood, equipped with all services and well connected to the center.
The apartment has a living room with kitchenette, three bedrooms and two bathrooms (one of which is private).

The inside is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (gas hob with three burners and one plate, fridge, freezer, kettle, electric oven, microwave, juicer, wine glasses and kitchenware), dining table, two sofas, 22-inch TV and access to the balcony;
- BEDROOM I with double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, access to the balcony and PRIVATE BATHROOM (with raised shower box, sink, bidet and toilet);
- BEDROOM II with double bed, wardrobe and cot/bed for children;
- BEDROOM III with two single beds, wardrobe and access to the balcony;
- BATHROOM with shower (raised), sink, bidet and WC;
- TWO BALCONIES with table and chairs.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: air conditioning (split in bedroom I and in the living room), washing machine (on the balcony), fan, desk, insect screens (bathroom windows), high chair, safe, clothes hanger, iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer.

There is a step to access both bathrooms.

We would like to inform our guests that the lift is currently not usable due to a malfunction.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.

We are very flexible and are happy to organize early check-ins/late check-outs when there are no other guests entering or leaving the apartment on that same day. All requests will be confirmed a couple of days before your arrival.

All guests' IDs must be shown upon check-in, as required by Italian law.

For all late check-ins from 21:00 to 00:00, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:
From 21.00 to 23.00: EUR 25
From 23.00 to 00.00: EUR 30
Late check-ins are not available after midnight.

In case of incorrect waste disposal in compliance with the rules that will be explained to you at check-in, a penalty of € 150 will be charged.

The city tax must be paid in cash upon check-in: €2.00 per person per night of stay.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area of ​​Catania, equipped with all the main services, including bars, supermarkets, post offices, takeaway pizzerias and pharmacies. Furthermore, the area is well served by public transport, which will allow you to quickly reach the historic center of the city and its attractions, such as Piazza Duomo and the Cathedral of Sant'Agata, the historic local market, the Benedictine monastery, the Ursino Castle, the Greek-Roman theater, the Vincenzo Bellini opera house and the homonymous garden.

- Piazza Duomo and Cathedral of Sant'Agata: 20 minutes by public transport;

- From Catania Fontanarossa Airport: it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the ALIBUS bus service to Central Station, where it is possible to take bus n. 421 to “Rapisardi Fermi Nord” stop (25 stops), 1 minute on foot from the property.

- From the Catania Central Station: it is possible to reach the apartment by taking bus n. 421 to “Rapisardi Fermi Nord” stop (25 stops), 1 minute on foot from the property.

- For those traveling by car: free parking spaces available a few steps from the property (NOT guaranteed and NOT bookable). Alternatively, it is possible to park for a fee in the garages located around the property.
