Comfortable 60 sqm apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people located on the fifth floor of a building with lift (not suitable for people with disabilities). The property is located in the Borgo Sanzio neighborhood, a residential neighborhood known for the Borgo Station, one of the starting points of the Circumetnea railway. In the area there are restaurants, bars and shops.
The accommodation consists of a living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and furnished balcony.

The apartment is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, tv, split A/C.
- KITCHEN with dining table, induction hob, refrigerator, oven.
- BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe, balcony access, split A/C.
- BATHROOM with shower, bidet, toilet.
- BALCONY with table with 2 chairs.

OTHER SERVICES: A/C with heat pump, iron and ironing board, clothesline, hairdryer.

The accomodation is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.

We are very flexible and are happy to organize early check-ins/late check-outs when there are no other guests entering or leaving the apartment on that same day. All requests will be confirmed a couple of days before your arrival.

All guests' IDs must be shown upon check-in, as required by Italian law.

For all late check-ins from 21:00 to 00:00, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:
From 21.00 to 23.00: EUR 25
From 23.00 to 00.00: EUR 30
Late check-ins are not available after midnight.

In case of incorrect waste disposal in compliance with the rules that will be explained to you at check-in, a penalty of € 150 will be charged.

The city tax has to be paid in cash upon check-in: €2.00 per person per night of stay.

On Sunday Piazza Giovanni Verga hosts a fruit and vegetable market and in the Botanical Garden it is possible to admire the typical flora of Sicily. The center of Catania can be reached in about 30 minutes with the public transport.
