Cozy 50sqm apartment, for 2 people, located on the ground floor of a renovated building (some steps to access it). The property is located in the Garibaldi Hospital area, about 10 minutes on foot from Villa Bellini and the homonymous park. A few minutes from the center and outside the ZTL (Traffic Restricted Area), the apartment is the ideal solution to visit the main points of interest of the city on foot or by public transport.
The apartment consists of a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom.

The inside is organized as follows:
- KITCHEN / LIVING AREA with gas hob, fridge with freezer, oven, microwave, kitchenware, dining table and sofa;
- BEDROOM with double bed and wardrobe;
- BATHROOM with shower (raised), sink, bidet and WC.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning (split in the kitchen and in the bedroom), washing machine (in the kitchen), iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer.

Towels and bed linen available to all guests.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.

We are very flexible and are happy to organize early check-ins/late check-outs when there are no other guests entering or leaving the apartment on that same day. All requests will be confirmed a couple of days before your arrival.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents and to pay the city tax (€2,00 per person per night of stay) via our Guest Portal.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Catania Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.

Self check-in will take place in this accomodation. It is MANDATORY to complete the registration in order to receive instructions to collect the keys and access the apartment.
The keys can be collected for free via smartlock on site.
In case of problem, telephone assistance will be guaranteed until 00:30 (half past midnight).

For all late check-ins from 21:00 to 00:00, If you wish to collect the keys from a member of our staff, in the apartment, it is possible, upon request with payment of a supplement equal to:
From 21.00 to 23.00: EUR 25
From 23.00 to 00.00: EUR 30
Late check-ins are not available after midnight.
In case of incorrect waste disposal in compliance with the rules that will be explained to you at check-in, a penalty of € 150 will be charged.

Outside the City Center Restricted Traffic Area (ZTL), the district features all the necessary comforts you'll need during your stay and in few minutes on foot, or by public transportation, you can easily reach the historic center and visit all the main points of interest in the city: Piazza Duomo and the Cathedral, the historic fish and fruit&vegetable market, the most beautiful churches and palaces in Baroque style in via Crociferi, the Benedictine monastery, the Ursino Castle, the Greek Roman theater, Via Etnea with all its shops , ice cream shops, pastry shops and cafes, the Vincenzo Bellini opera house and much more!
