Cozy and bright apartment located on the ground floor (with an external step) of a building in the center of Catania, able to accommodate up to 6 people!

The 110sqm accommodation is equipped with all main comforts and is a 5-minute walk from the Duomo, Castello Ursino and the Benedictine Monastery. The neighborhood is equipped with supermarkets, bars, pharmacies and restaurants.

Free parking near the house (if available) and for a fee in the surrounding streets (blue lines).

The inside is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed and dining area, 50 '' LED TV;
- KITCHEN CORNER equipped with 4-burner hob, refrigerator, gas oven and microwave, coffee machine;
- BEDROOM I with double bed, split A / C and heat pump, wardrobe, outdoor balcony of 18 sqm;
- BEDROOM II with two single beds, split A / C and heat pump, wardrobe, 14 sqm outdoor balcony;
- TWO BATHROOMS (one with shower, the other with bathtub and bidet).

OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: free bicycle, A / C with heat pumps and small electrict heater, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and insect screens.

ATTENTION: please note that there is a step in the bathroom with the bathtub. In addition, it is necessary to go up a step to access the apartment (located on the ground floor).

The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.

We are very flexible and are happy to organize early check-ins/late check-outs when there are no other guests entering or leaving the apartment on that same day. All requests will be confirmed a couple of days before your arrival.

All guests' IDs must be shown upon check-in, as required by Italian law.

For all late check-ins from 21:00 to 00:00, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:
From 21.00 to 23.00: EUR 25
From 23.00 to 00.00: EUR 30
Late check-ins are not available after midnight.

In case of incorrect waste disposal in compliance with the rules that will be explained to you at check-in, a penalty of € 150 will be charged.

The apartment is located in Catania city center, just a few minutes from all the main points of interest in the area: Piazza Duomo and Sant'Agata Cathedral, the historic street market, the Benedictine monastery, the Ursino Castle, the Greek Roman theater, the opera house Vincenzo Bellini and the homonymous garden.
Walking through the streets of the city you will come across many bars, restaurants and pastry shops where you can enjoy the renowned cuisine and typical products of Sicilia region, known throughout Italy and the world.
In the neighborhood you can easily find all the comforts you need during your stay: pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants and bars. A few steps away, it is possible to find Via Etnea, a renowned shopping street in the city center.

-From the airport: the most recommended means of transport to reach the apartment is taxi (journey time approximately 15 minutes).

-From the station: it is possible to reach the apartment with several bus lines that stop near the property, including the 902 line from "P.zza Giovanni XXIII f / co pharmacy" (3-minute walk from the station) to stop " Via Plebiscito n ° 294 "(10 stops), a 4-minute walk from the property.

-For those traveling by car: blue line parking under the house. The rate per hour is EUR 0.87. For longer stops, it is possible to purchase the € 2.90 ticket for half a day.
In the historic center, the Movida Park is in force every day (time-controlled overnight stop from 21:00 to 02:00 on weekdays and holidays) which has a single rate of EUR 1.00.
