Cozy 30 sqm apartment, for 3 people, located on the ground floor of a building (some steps to access). The property is located in a central area, less than 10 minutes on foot from the station, in an area full of services and in a strategic position to reach the main attractions of the rich center, such as Piazza Duomo, the Ursino Castle and the Bellini Theater on foot or by public transport.
The apartment consists of a living area with kitchenette, a bedroom on the mezzanine and a bathroom.

The inside is organized as follows:
- LIVING AREA with KITCHENETTE (gas hob with two burners, fridge, moka, kettle, microwave oven and kitchenware), dining table, flat screen TV, wardrobe and single sofa bed;
- BEDROOM on the mezzanine with double bed;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and toilet.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning with heat pump (1 split), washing machine, insect screens, iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer.

PLEASE NOTE:
- The stairs to access the mezzanine are NOT equipped with protections.
- There are some steps at the entrance and a step to access the bathroom.
- The apartment is NOT suitable for children.

The city tax has to be paid in cash upon check-in: €2,00 per person per night of stay.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.

We are very flexible and are happy to organize early check-ins/late check-outs when there are no other guests entering or leaving the apartment on that same day. All requests will be confirmed a couple of days before your arrival.

All guests' IDs must be shown upon check-in, as required by Italian law.

For all late check-ins from 21:00 to 00:00, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:
From 21.00 to 23.00: EUR 25
From 23.00 to 00.00: EUR 30
Late check-ins are not available after midnight.

In case of incorrect waste disposal in compliance with the rules that will be explained to you at check-in, a penalty of € 150 will be charged.

The apartment is centrally located, less than 10 minutes on foot from the Central Station and all the main services, including pharmacy, supermarkets, restaurants and bars. Furthermore, with a walk it is possible to reach the main points of interest in the historic center, such as Piazza Duomo and the Cathedral of Sant'Agata, the historic local market, the Benedictine monastery, the Ursino Castle, the Greek-Roman theater, the opera theater Vincenzo Bellini and the homonymous garden. The accommodation is also well served by public transport.
Walking through the streets of the city, you will come across many bars, restaurants, bars and pastry shops where you can enjoy the renowned cuisine and typical products of the region, known throughout Italy and around the world.

- From Catania Fontanarossa airport, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the ALIBUS bus service to the Central Station, about a 10-minute walk from the property.

- From Catania Central Station, it is possible to easily reach the apartment on foot in about 10 minutes.

- For those traveling by car: street parking available for a fee (blue lines) around the property (NOT guaranteed and NOT bookable). Alternatively, it is possible to park for a fee (with some free time slots) at Il Pino car park, in Via Maddem 4, a 3-minute walk from the property, open 24 hours a day.
