Comfortable 150 sqm apartment, for 8 people, located on the 1st floor of a building with no lift. The property is located just 30 meters from the sea, in the enchanting seaside village of Capo Mulini. The seafront, with its excellent fish restaurants, is only a 5 minutes away on foot, while a 15-minute walk takes you to the pretty fishing village of Aci Trezza.
The accommodation consists of a kitchen, a living room, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a large balcony.
Two parking spaces included.

The inside is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with dining table, sofas and TV;
- KITCHEN with gas hob, fridge with freezer, gas oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, wine glasses and kitchenware;
- THREE BEDROOMS with double bed and wardrobe;
- BEDROOM with bunk bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers;
- THREE BATHROOMS with shower (raised), sink, bidet and toilet;
- BALCONY (40 sqm) with barbecue, table and chairs (access from the living room, kitchen and two bedrooms).

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning (splits in the living room and in each of the bedrooms), independent heating, washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.

We are very flexible and are happy to organize early check-ins/late check-outs when there are no other guests entering or leaving the apartment on that same day. All requests will be confirmed a couple of days before your arrival.

All guests' IDs must be shown upon check-in, as required by Italian law.

For all late check-ins from 21:00 to 00:00, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:
From 21.00 to 23.00: EUR 25
From 23.00 to 00.00: EUR 30
Late check-ins are not available after midnight.

Upon arrival, you'll be asked to pay a city tax of EUR 1 per person per night, for the first 5 nights only, as requested by the Municipality of Acireale.

In case of incorrect waste disposal in compliance with the rules that will be explained to you at check-in, a penalty of € 150 will be charged.

The apartment is located in a quiet area of ​​Capo Mulini, a pretty hamlet of Acireale. About 30 meters from the property there is a beach of lava rocks and in 5 minutes on foot it is possible to reach the Capo Mulini seafront with its numerous and excellent fish restaurants. The property is in an ideal position to explore Eastern Sicily: in about 15 minutes on foot (or 3 minutes by car) it is possible to reach Aci Trezza, known as "Porto di Ulisse" with its wonderful stacks, as well as the beach, restaurants , bars, pharmacy and supermarket shops. By car it is then possible to reach centers of considerable tourist appeal such as Catania, Taormina and Syracuse.

In order to reach the property and visit the beauties of the area and the entire region in the best possible way, we recommend that you travel by car. You can rent one at the airport. It is possible to park at the entrance of the structure (two private parking spaces included).
