MADAME BARI' Suite Apt x2 a step from the sea

Charming and welcoming apartment, equipped with every comfort to accommodate two people and furnished with taste and attention, with fixed furnishings made by a master cabinetmaker. The flat is located in the Liberty Madonnella district, just 80 meters from the lively seafront of Bari, the heart of the city, and a 15-minute walk from the historic center. In just over 10 minutes you can also reach the Bari Marconi station, with connections to the splendid Polignano, Monopoli and Alberobello.

The 38 sqm apartment is located on the ground floor of a building and has an independent entrance from the street.

The interior space is composed as follows:
- Kitchenette equipped with two induction hobs, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee machine, moka, electric juicer and electric oven combined with microwave and steamer
- Living area with single sofa bed, split AC and 28 "smart TV
- Bedroom with queen bed, split AC, mosquito net and walk-in closet with safe and trolley bench
- Toilet with access from the bedroom, equipped with wc with hand shower, bidet and emotional shower with chromotherapy.

Additional services available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI with fiber, split heating, washer dryer, utility sink, video intercom, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Available on request camping cot + mattress for children up to 2 years of age.
Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).

7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax due to the Municipality of Bari equal to €2 per person per night, for the first 4 nights.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Please note that check-in after the specified time must be agreed directly with the structure and provide a supplement as follows:
- 21.30 - 23.00: €25.00
- 23.00 - 24.00: €30.00
- 24.00 - 01.30: €40.00.

Our keyholder will contact you to arrange the check-in time, give you the keys and show you the apartment. We are available to guests for any requests and information, to make your stay even more interesting and organized. For any unforeseen events or clarifications we will be reachable by phone or by e-mail.

The apartment is located in the Liberty district of Bari, Madonnella, just 40 meters from the lively seafront and a few meters from the important bell tower which is part of the building known as "Palazzo della Provincia", surrounded by shops and services of all kinds. Located in the beating heart of the city, with its rich events, its clubs, typical fish restaurants: just 15 minutes walk from Bari Vecchia, a few blocks from the most prestigious shopping streets and equally close to the most important cultural incubators, such as the Petruzzelli Theater, the Margherita Theater, the cinemas, the squares where concerts, reviews, international festivals such as the Bifest. Walking along the seafront you can reach the famous beach of Pane e Pomodoro, practice jogging and many outdoor activities. The strategic position of "Madame Bari '" allows comfortable travel by train or bus to the main tourist destinations, such as Polignano, Monopoli, Alberobello. You will feel at home, welcomed in a relaxing and comfortable environment.

- FROM KAROL WOYTILA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT: it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the FR2 train to Bari Centrale station, 1.2 km from the flat.

- FROM BARI CENTRALE STATION: the apartment can be reached in 14 minutes on foot (1.2 km) or by regional train towards Putignano, final stop "Bari Sud Est" 800m from the flat.

- IF YOU ARE TRAVELING BY CAR: the apartment is located outside the ZTL and can be reached by car. Street parking is paid on blue lines. Alternatively, it is possible to park for a fee at the Silopark Sonnino, in Corso Sidney Sonnino 25/A, at 350 meters from the flat.
