Modern apartment of about 50sqm, with a wonderful terrace of 70 sqm with a view on sea and lighthouse, able to accommodate 4 people with every comfort. The property is located in an enviable position, facing the beach and only 6 km from the airport, in an area full of services such as pharmacies, supermarkets and pizzerias, and 20 meters from the cycle/pedestrian path. It consists of a living area with kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom and panoramic terrace.

The apartment is located on the fourth floor of a building with elevator and is composed as follows:
- KITCHENETTE with induction hob (4 burners), fridge with freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, wine glasses, kitchenware, dining table and access to the terrace (raised);
- LIVING AREA with double sofa bed, 32-inch TV and desk;
- BEDROOM with queen bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, smart TV and access to the terrace (raised, about 25 cm)
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, WC and access to the terrace (raised);
- TERRACE with external sink, two deck chairs, porch swing, dining table with 4 chairs and small table with two chairs.

Two parking spaces are available in a covered garage accessible by lift (1 step to access it).

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning with heat pumps (ceiling conditioner in the living area and in the bedroom), fan, soundproof windows, video intercom, iron and ironing board, drying rack, washing machine (in the closet in terrace) and hairdryer.

The keys of the entrance door are located in a safe with a code, which will be provided at check-in.

In the vicinity of the apartment it is possible to find all the main services, including grocery stores, bars and pharmacies. The beach is only 80 meters away, while "Pineta San Francesco" (pine grove) is 1.8 km away.

Not only does Bari capture tourists' eyes, but also their palate, with its street food and typical Apulian dishes: from "sgagliozze" to the fried "panzerotto", from raw fish (mussels, oysters, octopus) to puree broad beans, from Bari's raw ham to the famous "orecchiette" with turnip tops.
Bari is a city that over the years has made the historic center a place of urban aggregation for young people and adults alike, thanks to the presence of trendy and sophisticated clubs as well as many attractions for tourists who love culture.
There are many events and manifestations such as the San Nicola Fair in May, and , especially, the Levante Fair, an international exhibition, which takes place in September. The Fair aims at encouraging exchanges between the East and the West, of which Bari is traditionally the most important meeting point.
