Cozy apartment of 71 sqm equipped with every comfort to accommodate up to 5 people.
The property boasts a central location, is a 4-minute walk from the promenade of Bari. and 7 minutes walk from the historic center and the famous fish market.
The structurehas an independent entrance directly from the street, is on three levels and is composed as follows: two bedrooms, a living area, a bathroom and a laundry room.

The keys of the entrance door are located in a safe with a code, which will be provided at check-in.

The interior space is organized as follows:

-> LOWER LEVEL
- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (with induction hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine and kitchen utensils), single sofa bed, dining table, TV (with Netflix and Amazon Prime subscription), wardrobe and split A/C;
- BEDROOM I with double bed;
- BATHROOM with shower, washbasin, bidet and WC;
- LAUNDRY with washer-dryer and small washbasin.

-> GROUND FLOOR
- Entrance with STUDIO AREA with desk, chair and split A/C.

-> UPPER LEVEL
- LOFT BEDROOM II with double bed, wardrobe, dresser and TV (with Netflix and Amazon Prime subscription).

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, Alexa, Netflix and Amazon Prime subscriptions, heating and air conditioning via split (one in the study area and one in the living room), hair dryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board.

PLEASE NOTE: inside the structure there are stairs to reach the various floors on which it develops (6 steps to access the living area, 15 steps to access the bedroom loft).
Please note the presence of a step to access the laundry.
There are two steps to the bedroom I.

7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax due to the Municipality of Bari equal to €2 per person per night, for the first 4 nights.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Not only does Bari capture tourists' eyes, but also their palate, with its street food and typical Apulian dishes: from "sgagliozze" to the fried "panzerotto", from raw fish (mussels, oysters, octopus) to puree broad beans, from Bari's raw ham to the famous "orecchiette" with turnip tops.
Bari is a city that over the years has made the historic center a place of urban aggregation for young people and adults alike, thanks to the presence of trendy and sophisticated clubs as well as many attractions for tourists who love culture. There are many events and manifestations such as the San Nicola Fair in May, and, especially, the Levante Fair, an international exhibition, which takes place in September. The Fair aims at encouraging exchanges between the East and the West, of which Bari is traditionally the most important meeting point.
The apartment is ideally located to stay in a central but quiet area: 300 m far from the Bari's seafront, one of the liveliest areas of the city, animated by live concerts, the feast of San Nicola, and numerous events with street food. It is also only a 7-minute walk from the historic center and the renowned “N'derr alla lanz”, the temple of raw Bari fish, and less than 10 minutes-walk from the Margherita Theater Museum and the Petruzzelli Theater. All the services needed for a comfortable stay are within walking distance: supermarkets, bars, pharmacies are in fact within 400 meters.

- FROM KAROL WOYTILA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT: it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the FR2 train to Bari Centrale station, 1 km from the flat.

- FROM BARI CENTRALE STATION: the apartment is easily reachable in 14 minutes on foot (1,1 km).

- IF YOU ARE TRAVELING BY CAR: the flat is located outside the ZTL and can be reached by car. Street parking must be paid for on blue lines (NOT guaranteed). Alternatively, it is possible to park for a fee at the Silopark Sonnino, in Corso Sidney Sonnino 25/A, 3 minutes on foot from the accommodation.
