The 53 sqm apartment is located on the fifth floor of a building with a lift.

The interior space is composed as follows:
- Kitchenette equipped with induction hob (4 burners), fridge, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, dishwasher, microwave oven and glasses of wine;
- Living room with TV, double sofa bed and table with chairs;
- Bedroom with double bed, wardrobe;
- Toilet with toilet, bidet and shower box
- 6/8 sqm balcony with table and chairs, washing machine.

Additional services available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating, split A / c, hairdryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee).

It is possible to use an assigned parking space.

7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax due to the Municipality of Bari equal to €2 per person per night, for the first 4 nights.

Please note that check-in after the specified time must be agreed directly with the structure and provide a supplement as follows:
- 21.30 - 23.00: €25.00
- 23.00 - 24.00: €30.00
- 24.00 - 01.30: €40.00.

There are many events and manifestations such as the San Nicola Fair in May, and, especially, the Levante Fair, an international exhibition, which takes place in September. The Fair aims at encouraging exchanges between the East and the West, of which Bari is traditionally the most important meeting point. It is also only a 23-minute walk from the historic center and the renowned “N'derr alla lanz”, the temple of raw Bari fish, and 8-minute walk from the Central Station of Bari. All the services needed for a comfortable stay are within walking distance: supermarkets, bars, pharmacies are in fact within 300 meters.

- FROM KAROL WOYTILA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT: it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the FR2 train to Bari Centrale station, 700 meters from the flat.

- FROM BARI CENTRALE STATION: the apartment is easily reachable in 9 minutes on foot.

- IF YOU ARE TRAVELING BY CAR: the apartment is located outside the ZTL and can be reached by car. The apartment offers an assigned parking space, alternatively at 100 meters from the apartment it is possible to find paid parking spaces on blue lines. It is possible to park for a fee at the Parking Garage Gea, in Via Trento, 27.
