Central & Elegant Room a few steps from station

Spacious room with balcony that can accommodate up to 4 people, located in a convenient and central position, in a building with concierge. The accommodation is located just 10 minutes walk from the historic center, in an area equipped with every service for a comfortable stay. It is a 3 min walk from the University.
It is 100 meters from the Central Station exit of the state railways while the Bari Nord railway station exit (airport shuttle exit) is less than 50 meters away.

The 35 sqm room is located on the second floor of a building with elevator (there are some steps to access it). It has two single beds that can be joined into a double bed, a sofa bed, wardrobe, desk and 50 "TV. There is also a mini fridge, an electric kettle and a coffee machine. The toilet is equipped with a sink, hairdryer, bidet and wc. The balcony is equipped with table and chairs x2.

Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, air conditioning, indipendent heating, video intercom, mosquito nets, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).

7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax due to the Municipality of Bari equal to €2 per person per night, for the first 4 nights.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

There are many events and manifestations such as the San Nicola Fair in May, and, especially, the Levante Fair, an international exhibition, which takes place in September. The Fair aims at encouraging exchanges between the East and the West, of which Bari is traditionally the most important meeting point.
The room is located in an excellent position: in 10 minutes on foot you can easily reach the historic center, an ideal starting point for exploring the city and all the points of interest, such as the renowned raw fish market. All the services needed for a comfortable stay are within walking distance: supermarkets, bars, pharmacies are in fact within 200 meters.

- FROM KAROL WOYTILA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT: it is possible to reach the room by taking the FR2 train to Bari Centrale station, 50m from the room.

- FROM BARI CENTRALE STATION: it is possible to reach the room on foot in 3 minutes.

- IF YOU ARE TRAVELING BY CAR: the room is located outside the ZTL and can be reached by car. Street parking is paid on blue lines. It is possible to park for a fee at the Gestipark Battisti car park, in Via Scipione Crisanzio 1/B, a 4-minute walk from the room.
