The flat is located in the Umbertino district, the most elegant and prestigious area of ​​Bari! The renowned shopping streets, Corso Cavour and Via Sparano, as well as the "Aldo Moro" University of Bari, are easily reachable in just 5 minutes on foot.

The apartment was completely renovated and newly furnished in July 2019. The inside is organized as follows:
