Cozy 50 sqm apartment, for 4 people, located on the ground floor of a period building (two steps at the entrance). The accommodation is located in the heart of Ballarò (in the restricted traffic zone), an area where you can enjoy the true essence of Palermo. The main points of interest are located a short distance away.
The accommodation consists of a living room, kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom.

The accommodation is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, dining table and flat-screen smart TV;
- KITCHENETTE with induction hob, fridge, coffee machine (for ground coffee), kettle, oven, wine glasses and kitchenware;
- BEDROOM with double bed and clothes hanger;
- BATHROOM with shower (raised), sink, bidet and toilet.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, A/C with heat pumps (split in the living room and bedroom), washing machine, iron and ironing board, insect screens, drying rack, and hairdryer.

PLEASE NOTE:
- There are no doors to separate the living room from the bedroom;
- To access the bathroom it is necessary to go through the bedroom.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Palermo Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.

For all late check-ins from 21:30 to 01:30, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:
EUR 15 between 21:30 and 23:00
EUR 20 between 23:00 and 00:00
EUR 30 between 00:00 and 01:30
Late check-ins are not available after 01:30.

The city tax has to be paid in cash upon check-in: €2,00 per person per night of stay.

The apartment is located in a central area of ​​Palermo, characterized by all the main services (bars, restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies), in the heart of the famous Ballarò market. All the main attractions of the historic center of the city, as well as Palermo Central Station, can be reached in a few minutes on foot.

- Palermo Cathedral: 7 minutes on foot;
- Palatine Chapel and Norman Palace: 9 minutes on foot;
- Churches of Martorana and San Cataldo: 11 minutes on foot;
- Piazza Pretoria: 12 minutes on foot;
- Mondello beach: 30 minutes by car / 1 hour by public transport.

- Pizzottando (pizzeria): 1 minute on foot;
- Bar Le Plaisir: 3 minutes on foot;
- Todis - Supermarket: 5 minutes on foot.

- From Palermo airport, it is possible to reach the apartment with the Prestia and Comandè bus lines or with the regional train to Palermo Central Station.
We also offer a transfer service (see below).

- From Palermo Central Station, it is possible to easily reach the apartment on foot in about 10 minutes.

- For those traveling by car, it is possible to park for a fee about 200 meters from the apartment. We remind you that the accommodation is located in the Restricted Traffic Area -"ZTL" in Italian- (it is possible to park in Corso Tukory, just outside the "ZTL").
