Our 110 sq m apartment is located on the third and top floor in a building without elevator

The interior space is composed as follows:
- Kitchenette equipped with gas hob, fridge, freezer, electric kettle, moka, non-electric juicer and traditional oven
- Living room with sitting area, queen sofa bed, dining area and TV
- Bedroom 1: with a queen bed and wardrobe
- Bedroom 2: with two single beds
- Toilet with shower, toilet, bidet and sink
- Panoramic terrace / garden of about 200 square meters with fabulous sea view, furnished with table and chairs

Additional services available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, fans, independent heating, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee).

The apartment is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay.

At the check-in we will need to record the data of each guest, as required by Italian law, and you will therefore be required to show a valid document.
