The 65 sqm apartment, with independent entrance, is located on the ground floor of a building and is composed as follows:
- Kitchen equipped with induction hob, fridge, freezer, moka, electric kettle and traditional oven;
- Bedroom I with double bed, chest of drawers, clothes rack and split AC
- Bedroom II (1 step to access it) with two single bunk beds, open wardrobe and split AC
- Toilet with wc, bidet and shower box.

Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI with Wind3 fiber, 32 "smart TV with Amazon Prime in the kitchen, camping cot for children, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).

ATTENTION: The historic center of Monopoli is located within a limited traffic area so the apartment can be reached by car only at certain times of the day and parking is limited. From June to September the historic center can be reached by using 3 Park & ​​ride areas at a cost of 1 euro or by using the bus that leaves from the station for the center.

N.B.: the keys to the front door are located inside a safe that opens with a code, which will be provided at check-in.

The apartment is a 5-minute walk from all the attractions of the city. In particular, just 150 meters from the property is Piazza Garibaldi, full of restaurants, ice cream parlors and pubs, where the liveliness of colors, sounds and scents dominates. Furthermore, at 250 meters there is the sixteenth-century Castle of Charles V, dating back to the Spanish domination of the city. The historic center of Monopoli stands out for its ancient port and a free beach. In recent years a series of restaurants and bars have been populating the monumental streets and squares, making this splendid town an unmissable destination in Puglia and Southern Italy.
The location is also ideal for reaching the most beautiful and characteristic places of Puglia: we are in fact just a few minutes from the splendid Polignano a Mare and the Fasano Safari Zoo, and half an hour's drive from Alberobello, Locorotondo, Castellana Grotte and Martina Franca.

- From Bari Airport, in addition to the taxi/car (55 km), it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the shuttle from the Airport to Bari Centrale Station, and from there by taking the regional train to Monopoli Station, at 16 minutes walk from the property.

- If you are traveling by car:
The historic center of Monopoli is located within a traffic-restricted zone, so the property can be reached by car only at certain times of the day and parking is limited. It is preferable to leave the car in via Nazario Sauro (ex Ciminiere) and continue on foot for 10 minutes.
For the parking in the area, it is possible to pay up to a maximum of € 4.00 per day in the period from 1 October to 31 May (from 8.30 to 13.30 and from 16.30 to 20.30 and only on weekdays) and a maximum of € 8.00 in the period from 1st June to 30th September (from 8.30 to 13.30 and from 17.00 to 24.00 including holidays).

From June to September the historic center can be reached using the 3 Park & ​​ride areas at a cost of 1 euro or by using the bus that leaves from the station for the center.
