Cozy 33sqm apartment located on the 4th floor of a building with lift (not suitable for the disabled).
The structure enjoys a strategic position in the Risorgimento area and is well served by public transport to reach the main points of interest: we point out in particular the brand new M4 underground line for Linate airport from the "Dateo" stop! Dateo is also a stop on the railway link which ensures rapid connections with the other stations in Milan and Lombardy.

The internal space is organized as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with sofa, small TV and access to the balcony. Split AC. Presence of 1 step.
-KITCHEN with gas hob, fridge, freezer, traditional oven, microwave.
- BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe. Please note: There is no split AC
- BATHROOM with sink, shower cubicle, bidet and WC.

Further services available to guests: independent heating, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer.

Possibility of paid parking at the Cesena garage, about 300m from the house.

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

- From Milan Linate Airport it is possible to reach the apartment with the M4 leaving from Linate and stopping in Dateo.

- From Milan Malpensa Airport it is possible to reach the apartment in less than an hour and a half by taking the Terravision bus service from the airport to Central Station, from which it is possible to take bus n. 92 towards "Lodi M3", to the "Dateo" stop (8 stops). Alternatively, the airport is 55 km from the property (about 1 hour by car).

- From the Central Station it is possible to reach the apartment in 15 minutes by walking (5 minutes) to the "Caiazzo M2" stop, from which you can take bus n. 92 towards "Lodi M3", to the "Dateo" stop (8 stops).

- If you travel by car, parking is not included; however it is possible to park for a fee at Autorimessa Cesena, a few minutes walk from the apartment, open 24 hours a day.

- To get around the area, the accommodation is located a short distance from the "Dateo" railway station which, via the railway link, ensures rapid and efficient connections with the other stations in Milan and Lombardy. A few steps from the entrance of the building there are the stops of the urban bus lines number 60 (for Central Station / San Babila) and 62 (for P.ta Romana / Città Studi). Tram lines number 5, 23 and 33 stop in the nearby "P.zza Adelaide di Savoia" and allow travel to Porta Venezia, P.zza della Repubblica, Central Station and various interchange points with the underground lines.
