Cozy 55 sqm apartment, located on the second floor of a building WITHOUT elevator (stairs to access it). The apartment is located in a quiet area, a few meters from the pedestrian gallery that leads to the Sant'Andrea Civil Hospital, in front of which several bus lines pass that lead to the historic center of La Spezia. The nearest bus stop is only 30 meters from the accommodation.
The apartment consists of a living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom.

The internal space
The 55 sqm apartment is located on the second floor of a building WITHOUT a lift (stairs to access it).

The space is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with sofa bed (consisting of two single beds) and TV;
- KITCHEN with gas hob, fridge, moka pot, coffee machine, kettle, oven, microwave oven, kitchen utensils, wine glasses and dining table;
- BEDROOM with double bed and wardrobe;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and toilet;

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, independent heating, a portable fan, washing machine, hairdryer, clothes horse, iron and ironing board.

ATTENTION. There is no air conditioning.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26°C for all types of buildings.

AIRBNB automatically charge the tourist tax. We advise you to request the exemption of the tax to Airbnb if you are resident in La Spezia or if you have children under 16 because you are not required to pay it.

Description of the area
A few steps from the center and 15 minutes from the cruise ship dock. The city's main attractions are all within a ten-minute walk of the property.
Just 30 meters from the apartment you will find the bus stop to easily reach the station, but also Portovenere and the nearby villages.
In the immediate vicinity there are also bars, pastry shops, ice cream shops, bakeries and retail shops, as well as two supermarkets. The historic center can be reached on foot in 22 minutes.
We are a stone's throw from Via Vittorio Veneto (the commercial heart of the city) and the quiet Via Ricciardi, which leads to Viale Italia (the La Spezia seafront). We are 900 meters from Piazza Europa (home to the cathedral and town hall), the gateway to the historic center and its lively nightlife.

- Cafè Pavè (bar): 6 minutes on foot - 400 meters;
- Lidl (supermarket): 8 minutes on foot - 550 meters;
- Pharmacy del Porto: 8 minutes walk - 600 meters.

Getting around
- From Pisa airport, you can reach the apartment by taking the Pisamover service to Pisa station, where you can take the regional train to La Spezia Centrale stop. From here, you need to take bus no. 17 and get off at the "Ospedale" stop, just a 9-minute walk from the property.

- From La Spezia Centrale station, you can reach the apartment by taking bus no. 5 and get off at the "Ospedale" stop, just a 9-minute walk from the property.

- If you are travelling by car, you can park for a fee in the streets adjacent to the property (NOT guaranteed).

To reach the Cinque Terre, the train and ferry are recommended. To reach Lerici and Portovenere, the ferry and bus are recommended.
