In 80 m2 of space it accommodates four people with two bedrooms. Two parking spaces included.

A 10-minute walk away is the Pascoli Metromare stop, a bus that takes you to Riccione in 15 minutes and to the center of Rimini in 2 minutes.
The station is about 4 km away.

Residential area full of activities such as pizzerias, restaurants, supermarket, bars, tobacconists, etc .. A few meters from the bus stop for the station and the historic center, reachable by walking in 25 minutes or 10 minutes by bicycle. You can park for free on the street.

All easily reachable on foot in a few minutes, an area well served by transport.
Possible availability of bicycles for rent nearby.

PARKING: there are two assigned outdoor spaces (without cover) also suitable for large cars and SUVs.
Possibility to park on the street on blue lines for free in winter and for a fee in summer.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Rimini Climatic Zone E: 13 hours a day from October 22th to April 7th


A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours:
- between 21.30 and 23.00: euro 25;
- between 23.00 and 24.00: euro 30;
- after 24.00: euro 40.
