The property is located in the heart of Florence (Restricted-Traffic Area), just 50 meters from the Ponte Vecchio and a few minutes on foot from the majestic Boboli Gardens.
The accommodation consists of a kitchen, a living room, a bedroom, a terrace and a bathroom.

The inside is organized as follows:

- BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe and armchair;
- BATHROOM with shower box, sink, bidet and toilet (internal step).

PLEASE NOTE: the lift reaches the 5th floor; there is then a flight of stairs to reach the apartment on the 6th floor.

Self check-in will take place in this accomodation. It is MANDATORY to complete the registration in order to receive instructions to access the apartment.
In case of problem, telephone assistance will be guaranteed until 11:00 pm.

For check-in from 9.00 pm to 1.30 am, if you wish to receive the keys from a member of our staff in the apartment, it is possible, upon request, with payment of a supplement equal to:
- EUR 25 from 21:00 until 23:00;
- EUR 30 from 23:00 until 00:00;
- EUR 40 from 00:00 until 01.30
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and to pay the city tax.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
