This 65 sqm open space apartment is located on the third and top floor of an elegant period building with a lift (not suitable for the disabled).

- SLEEPING AREA: located on the mezzanine equipped with a queen bed, a desk and a wardrobe.
-LIVING AREA: with a sofa bed, a single pouf and TV
- KITCHEN: with dining area, fridge, hob, traditional microwave oven, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle and Nespresso coffee machine.
- BATHROOM: with tub / shower and bidet.
- FURTHER SERVICES: unlimited WIFI, independent heating with boiler, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, fan, cot for small children, high chair, balcony

Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee).
N.B. In case of long stays (over 30 days) the linen will be collected every maximum 15 days by the cleaning company.
Once collected, the guest can choose:
- to use their own;
-the replacement, in this case there is a cost of € 15 for a double set, for each additional set € 8.

The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during the stay.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

The keys for this property are located in a safety box on-site., the instructions to access the apartment will be sent automatically only after completing the registration, 7 days before the arrival date.
