Furthermore, just 5 minutes walk from the University and 12 minutes from Bari central station!

The 33 sqm accommodation is located on the ground floor of a building with a lift (6 steps to go up and 6 to go down to access it).

The internal space is composed as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with kitchenette (induction hob, small fridge with freezer, coffee machine, kettle, microwave oven, kitchen utensils and wine glasses), sofa, bar table and 32" TV;
- BEDROOM with double bed, chest of drawers, desk with work chair for smart working, 32" TV and split A/C;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and toilet.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, split heating, split air conditioning (ONLY in the bedroom), hairdryer, mosquito nets, iron and soundproof windows.
Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee).

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Description of the area
Bari is a city that captures not only the eyes of travellers, but also the palate, with its street food and typical Apulian dishes: from "sgagliozze" to fried panzerotto, from raw fish (mussels, oysters, octopus) to broad beans, from Bari-style raw ham to orecchiette with turnip greens. It is a city that over the years has made the historic center a place of urban gathering for young people and adults, thanks to the presence of trendy and sought-after clubs, but not only that, as it also offers many attractions to culture-loving tourists. There are many events and shows such as the San Nicola Fair in May, and above all the Fiera del Levante, an international trade fair, which takes place in September. The Fair aims to encourage exchanges between East and West, of which Bari is traditionally the most available meeting point.
The apartment is centrally located: 16 minutes walk from the sea and the port. In 14 minutes on foot you can easily reach the historic center, an ideal starting point for exploring the city and all the points of interest, such as the renowned raw fish market. All the services needed for a comfortable stay are within walking distance: supermarkets, bars, pharmacies are in fact within 650 metres.

Getting around
- FROM KAROL WOYTILA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT: you can reach the apartment by taking bus no. 33 and then get off at the "Regioni-Cascella" stop. From here, you need to reach the "Regioni (Don Milani)" stop where you can take bus n.03 and get off at the "Q. Sella-Dante" stop, just a 2-minute walk from the property.

- FROM BARI CENTRAL STATION: the apartment can be reached on foot in 12 minutes (850 metres) or by bus no. 50 to get off at the "da Bari-Calefati" stop, just a 5-minute walk from the property.

- IF YOU TRAVEL BY CAR: the accommodation is located outside the restricted traffic zone and can be reached by car. It is possible to park for free (NOT guaranteed) at the Eurospin car park in Via Napoli, 1.1 km away, or for a fee at the Quick Bari San Francesco car park, in Via Trevisani 54A, an 11-minute walk from the accommodation.
