Vittorio Veneto Central Apartment - Facing Station

Bright apartment perfect for 4 people, with two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, which boasts a very central location, in front of the central station and Corso Vittorio Emanuele, in an area well equipped with services and shops. With the bus stop directly under the house, getting around is very simple. Furthermore, in just 5 minutes on foot you can reach the seafront and the port, where you can take ferries to Capri, Ischia and the Amalfi Coast.

The 75m2 accommodation is located on the first floor of a building equipped with a lift (there are 3 steps to access it) and is made up as follows:

- Kitchenette equipped with induction hob, fridge, freezer, moka, dishwasher, electric kettle and traditional oven
- Living room with dining table, sofa and TV
- Bedroom I with double bed, wardrobe, desk and safe
- Bedroom II with double bed and wardrobe
- Toilet I with wc, bidet and bathtub with shower head
- Toilet II with wc and shower cubicle

Please note the presence of three internal steps to access the kitchenette and the two bathrooms respectively.

Additional services available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, central heating with heat pump, fans, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

For check-ins between 20:00 and 00:00, a surcharge will be applied, to be paid in cash upon arrival, as follows:

EUR 25 from 21:00 to 22:00,
EUR 30 from 22:00 and 00:00.
It is not possible to check-in after 00:00, not even for a fee.
All late check-ins must be agreed and approved by the host.

Early check-in (before 14 am) will be possible only if there aren't guests who check out the same day and can, therefore, be confirmed only a few days before arrival.

The apartment is located in a central district, just facing the central station, in an area full of all the necessary amenities during your stay: shops, pharmacy, post office, restaurants and bars. Taking Corso Vittorio Emanuele (1 minute on foot), you can reach the center, where you can admire the still intact medieval old town. Once in Piazza Alfano I it is possible to visit the Cathedral of Salerno, an externally simple and essential structure which is enriched with decorations and details as you approach the crypt containing the remains of San Matteo, the most important place in the structure.

Proceeding through one of the main shopping streets of Salerno, Via de' Mercanti, an evocative and ancient road that crosses the entire old city, you can reach the Provincial Art Gallery of Salerno, located on the first floor of Palazzo Pinto, a seventeenth-century noble residence that belonged to one of the most important families of Salerno.
The Villa Comunale of Salerno is the main "Garden" of the city, home to various events throughout the year such as the traditional "Mostra di Minerva" in April and the renowned "Luci d'Artista" event during the Christmas period, during the which the Villa turns into an enchanted garden.
Among the main points of interest to visit during your stay in Salerno, it is worth mentioning Arechi Castle, overlooking the Gulf of Salerno, from which you can enjoy a breathtaking landscape that goes from the tip of the Amalfi Coast to Agropoli.

- From Naples airport: with the Alibus line you can easily reach Naples Central station, where you can take the train (high speed or intercity/regional) to Salerno station.

- From Salerno station: you can reach the apartment on foot in two minutes, crossing Piazza Vittorio Veneto.

- By car: street parking is paid on blue lines or free on white lines (NOT guaranteed). Alternatively, it is possible to park for a fee at the Metropark Parking Salerno, in Via Santi Martiri Salernitani 68, 350 meters from the apartment.
