Bright and quiet 100sqm apartment able to accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the third floor of a renovated period building, six floors in total, with elevator (not suitable for the disabled), in the center a few steps from the MM Vittorio Emanuele stop.
The apartment is an ideal solution for visiting Rome on foot and thanks to public transportation. It is possible to park, for a fee, on the street or at the International Car Service (1 minute walk).

The interior space is organized as follows:

LIVING ROOM: two-seater leather sofa, TV, dining table and AC split.
KITCHEN: gas cooker with five burners, traditional oven, refrigerator and freezer, Bialetti coffee machine, mocha, electric kettle, toaster, wine glasses and other kitchen utensils.
BEDROOM I: double bed (1.60x1.90 mt), two bedside tables with lamps, two-seater sofa, closet and portable fan.
BEDROOM II: double bed (1.60x1.90 mt), two bedside tables with lamps, chest of drawers, TV, closet and portable fan.
BATHROOM I: washbasin, bathtub and step to access the: toilet, bidet, shower stall and hair dryer.
BATHROOM II (service): washbasin, toilet, closet, clothesline, iron and ironing board and washing machine.

OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: unlimited wifi.

-From Leonardo da Vinci Fiumicino International Airport it is possible to reach the apartment by Leonardo Express service to Rome Termini Station and here it is possible to take the subway to MM Vittorio Emanuele (1 stop), 3 minutes away on foot.

-From Rome Ciampino International Airport it is possible to reach the apartment by bus shuttle service to Rome Termini Station and here it is possible to take the subway to MM Vittorio Emanuele (1 stop), 3 minutes away on foot.

-From Rome Termini Train Station you can reach the apartment by subway to MM Vittorio Emanuele (1 stop), 3 minutes away on foot.

If you're travelling by car, you can park, for a fee, on the street or at the International Car Service (1 minute away on foot). The apartment outside the City Center Restricted Traffic Area.

The apartment has a self check-in system, so you will be able to access it on by yourself with the personal link that we will provide a few days before your arrival.

In case of problems, the Customer Care service is active only until 11:30 pm.

Please note: completing the ID registration and online check-in porcess is MANDATORY in order to receive the instructions and access the apartment.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Roma (€6.00 per person per night of stay).
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26 ° C (with a -2 ° C tolerance) for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20 ° C (with + 2 ° of tolerance).
