Nice and spacious apartment located on the second floor, of six in total, of a building with a lift (NOT suitable for disabled people). There are steps at the entrance.
In 80 m2 it can accommodate 4 people with two bedrooms and two complete bathrooms.

Located halfway between Villa Pamphili and the Vatican, both reachable in less than 20 minutes on foot, and well connected to other areas of the city, thanks to the Baldo degli Ubaldi metro which is only 13 minutes away on foot.

The internal space is organized as follows:

KITCHEN. Kitchenette complete with four gas burners, washing machine, fridge and freezer, electric kettle, electric oven, toaster, kitchen utensils and wine glasses. Access to the balcony.
STAY. Sofa, dining area and TV. Access to the balcony.
BEDROOM 1. Double bed (1.60x1.90 m), two bedside tables with lamps, chest of drawers and wardrobe. AC split.

BATHROOM 1. Shower cubicle, bidet, toilet and sink, hairdryer.
BATHROOM 2. Shower cubicle, toilet, hand shower for the bidet and sink, hairdryer.
STUDY. Desk and armchair.

The apartment has a self check-in system, so you will be able to access it on by yourself with the personal link that we will provide a few days before your arrival.

In case of problems, the Customer Care service is active only until 11:30 pm.

Please note: completing the ID registration and online check-in porcess is MANDATORY in order to receive the instructions and access the apartment.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Roma (€6.00 per person per night of stay).
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26 ° C (with a -2 ° C tolerance) for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20 ° C (with + 2 ° of tolerance).

- From Roma Termini railway station, the flat can be reached by underground line A to the Baldo Degli Ubaldi stop, a 13-minute walk from the apartment (1 km).

- From Leonardo da Vinci - Fiumicino airport, the flat can be reached by train to Termini station and then by underground line A to the Baldo Degli Ubaldi stop, a 13-minute walk from the apartment (1 km).

If you travel by car, there is the possibility to find free parking on the street (NOT guaranteed) or to use one of the paid parking lots nearby:
