Wonderful villa that comfortably accommodates 8 people in 185 m2, with four bedrooms, three bathrooms and 40 m2 of outdoor area equipped for moments of relaxation. The modern furnishings but with natural inspirations create a heavenly and relaxing atmosphere. Located just a 3-minute walk from the Palese seafront, close to the renowned Title and Moretti beaches and just 4 km from the airport, the villa is also a short distance from restaurants and fishmongers by the sea. Parking included!

The house is located in a complex of villas with an automated external gate and has an independent entrance.

The internal space is divided into two levels: the lower floor can be accessed from an external or internal staircase.

Two uncovered parking spaces are available inside the villa complex, in front of the entrance gate of the house.

Additional services available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent underfloor heating, A/C vents throughout the house, video intercom, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board, outdoor shower.
Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee).

ATTENTION: please note the presence of an external camera in the garden, for safety reasons.

7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the security deposit of €200 + the tourist tax due to the Municipality of Bari equal to €2 per person per night, for the first 4 nights.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Bari Climatic Zone C: 9 hours a day from November 22nd to March 23rd

Please note that check-in after the specified time must be agreed directly with the structure and provide a supplement as follows:
- 21.30 - 23.00: € 25.00;
- 23.00 - 24.00: € 30.00;
- 24.00 - 01.30: € 40.00.

Villa Musa is located in Palese, a neighborhood of Bari known for being one of the least chaotic and safest suburbs of the city, and which has seen a growing demographic increase, becoming a predominantly residential area. The apartment is located a few steps from the Palese seafront, full of fish restaurants and clubs for the evening, but also a short distance from shops where you can go shopping in the center of Palese. A few steps away is also the seaside area: among the establishments present we highlight the Lido Title and the Lido Moretti, perfect for both adults and children, whose pebble beaches make the water cleaner and crystal clear. The airport is just 4 km away, while the center of Bari and all points of interest can be easily reached by public transport in about half an hour. All the essential services are finally within reach: bars, pharmacy and supermarket are in fact within a 10 minute walk.

- FROM KAROL WOYTILA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT: you can reach the apartment by taxi or rental car in less than 10 minutes (4 km) or by taking bus line 33 with the final stop "Capitaneo-Nazionale" 150 meters from the accommodation .

- FROM BARI CENTRAL STATION: the apartment can be reached by bus line 01 with the final stop "Capitaneo-Nazionale" 150 meters from the accommodation.

- IF YOU TRAVEL BY CAR: the accommodation is located outside the restricted traffic zone and can be reached by car. The villa has two uncovered parking spaces inside the complex, in front of the entrance gate of the house (N.B.: you need to exit in reverse). Street parking nearby (Via Title) is free on white lines (NOT guaranteed).
