Cozy apartment of 70 sqm, able to accommodate up to 2 people, located on the first floor of a building with lift (steps to access). The property is located a few minutes from the center of Andria, in a quiet residential area, located opposite the Villa Comunale and close to the park IV Novembre and the Municipal Stadium. Nearby the accommodation there are bus stops and all the essential services.

The interior space is organized as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with sofa, dining table and TV 22";
- KITCHEN with gas hob, refrigerator with freezer, moka coffee maker, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, kitchen utensils and dining table;
- BEDROOM with double bed (two single units), ceiling fan and wardrobe;
- BATHROOM with shower, washbasin, bidet and WC.

Known as the "City of the three bell towers", Andria is a small jewel of the Alta Murgia National Park, located in an enchanting area of ​​expanses of vineyards and olive groves, just 10 kilometers from the Adriatic Sea. There are countless historical and artistic monuments, such as the Palazzo Ducale, the Clock Tower and the Porta S. Andrea, built by Frederick II of Swabia, and the underground Andria complex, with underground remains of ancient houses dating back to the Middle Ages. Also not to be missed is a visit to Castel del Monte, on a hill not far from the town, also built by Frederick II and declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1996.
The apartment is located a short distance from the historic center and the main points of interest, which can be easily visited on foot. Within 200 meters there are bars, supermarket and pharmacy.

- FROM KAROL WOYTILA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT: it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the FR2 train to CORATO station, and from there take the regional train towards Barletta and get off at the Andria stop, a 4-minute walk from the accommodation.

- FROM ANDRIA STATION: the apartment can be reached in 4 minutes on foot (350 meters).

- IF YOU ARE TRAVELING BY CAR: the accommodation is located outside the ZTL and can be reached by car. Street parking is paid on blue lines or free on white lines (NOT guaranteed).
