Foundation "Giuseppe Whitaker" and from Villa Malfitano. The area is well connected by local public transport, in about 5 minutes on foot it is possible to reach Lolli Station.

The inside is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (with gas hob, fridge with freezer, moka coffee maker, electric oven, kitchenware and wine glasses), dining table, single sofa bed and access to the terrace;
- BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, split A/C and access to the balcony;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and toilet;
- UNCOVERED TERRACE with table and chairs;
- BALCONY.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: heating with heat pump, air conditioning (a split in the bedroom), insect screen in the bathroom, washing machine, hairdryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board.

PLEASE NOTE: one step at the entrance of the building and 3 steps to reach the elevator.
It is not allowed to bring bikes inside.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Palermo Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.

For all late check-ins from 21:30 to 01:30, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:
EUR 15 between 21:30 and 23:00
EUR 20 between 23:00 and 00:00
EUR 30 between 00:00 and 01:30
Late check-ins are not available after 01:30.

The city tax must be paid cash upon arrival: 2,00€/guest per night of stay.

The apartment is located in a central area of ​​Palermo, characterized by all the main services (bars, restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies) and a short distance from the Capo market. A few steps away it is possible to find the park of the Withaker foundation, one of the most notable examples of a private garden built in Sicily in the second half of the nineteenth century. In about 15 minutes on foot you can reach the historic center and the main points of interest, but it is also possible to use public transport that stops near the Palermo Lolli station.
