-GARDEN of which a reserved part with dining area and another in common with deck chairs and hammock.
- POOL SEASONAL (OPEN IN SUMMER ONLY) shared with owners and other guests

Villa Guardia is a small town in the province of Como, between the famous lake and the Pineta di Appiano Gentile and Tradate Regional Park. It is advisable to move by car to better visit the surroundings. the proximity to the Autostrada dei Laghi allows links between Milan and Como (reachable from the property in 20 minutes).

- From Milan Malpensa airport it is possible to reach the apartment by car in about 35 minutes.

The amount of the tourist tax of € 2 per person per night up to a maximum of 7 nights is NOT included. Guys under 12 pay € 1 per person per night, while disabled people are exempt from paying.
